Mera Peak is less difficult technically so it is popular to those people who has not long experience of climbing. Mr Roberts and Sen has first of all explored this peak in 20 May 1953. The trail to Mera peak crosses dense forest (pines, hemlocks, birches and luxuriant rhododendrons). It holds astonishing summit panorama including five of the world’s 8000m peaks: Kangchenjunga (8586m), Makalu (8475m), Lhotse (8501m), Everest (8848m) and Cho Oyo (8153m). Ascending on snow slopes up to summit.

After the summit back to Lukla same route or continue to Mingbola or Amphulaptsa la or Serapani col through Hunku valley and panch pokhari ( 5 lakes). Hongu and Hinku uninhabited valleys are grazing kharkas. Amphulaptsa and Mingbo la passes are considered technically difficult. The trek Mera to Amphu Laptsa /Mingbo La passes through wilder upper hongu valley. It holds the views of Himalayas and hearty scenery of lakes Hunku lakes and Panch Pokhari lakes. Amphu Laptsa is to be passed technically to Chukkung Valley and Mingbo La to Nare glacier.
The region top of the world, Everest , Sagaramatha in Nepali and Chhomolongma in Tibetan is a popular destination for trekkers, explorers and climbers. It is also famous for its sherpa villages, monasteries and culture. Trekking in this area varies in 5 days trekking to month long among them Everest Base Camp Kalapathar and Gokyo lake treks are very popular. Fabulous sceneries and social life of Sherpa villages are another attraction of this region. Another attraction is Sagarmatha National Park for those people who are interested in the wildlife. The route passes through spectacular forests of blooming rhododendron in March April, blue pine and fir.
Trekking in Everest region, Everest Mera Mingbo la is breathtaking and requires a good walking experience and a good physical health codition. This trek is very interesting walking with its panoramic view of Everest 8848m, Cho Oyu 8152m, Lhotse 8516m, Makalu 8463m and Ama Dablam 6456m. through the famous Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar, Tengboche Buddhist Monastery, Khunde Khumjung etc. Settlement of mixed ethnic group Brahman, Chhetri, Magar, Tamang in the low land and Sherpa in highland of Solukhumbu Everest region.

Day 16: Trekking Amphu Laptsa Base camp 5600m
Day 17: The day climbing and descending the pass 5780m technically to Kharka
Day 18: Kharka to Dingboche.
Day 19:.Dingbochhe to Lobuche
Day 20: Lobuche to Kalapathar to Lobuche 8 h
Day 21: Trekking to Tengboche.
Day 22: Trekking to Namche.
