Kachenjunga Base Camp Trek

Kanchanjunga Base Camp trek, the third highest peak in the world situated in the eastern Nepal. Trek in Kachenjunga area is an experience of the remoteness, mountain views of Kanchenjungha range, various flora and fauna and local culture.
Trek starting lowlands through rhododendron forests and villages of east Nepal up to the glacier.
Lapsang La is a little bit technical route otherwise it requires a good walking experience and a good physical form.

Dovan, Sekathum and Chauki are Limbu villages. There is a Tibetan refugee village in Pholle. They come from Tibet crossing Olangchung pass in 1965. This village is pretty village. Visitors can buy here some souvenir. Gunsa is the bigest village in this region. It is also very nice village of more than 100 houses. Taxidermy of wild mamals and birds is kept in KKCAP head quarter in Gunsa village.
